We collect: your email, name, photos uploaded for AI generation, payment info (processed by Stripe, never stored by us), and usage data (logs, sessions).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: provide the AI generation service, process payments, send transactional emails, improve our AI models anonymously, and contact you about security issues.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only with: Stripe (payments), Fal.ai (AI processing), AWS S3 (storage), Anthropic (chat assistant).
4. Data Retention
Generated photos are kept for 90 days after last activity. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to your data. Contact privacy@mypicorra.com to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (session, auth) and analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics). You can manage your preferences via our cookie banner.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular security audits.
