MyPicorra is a SaaS platform for generating professional photos and videos using AI through a credit system.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activities. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Credits & Payments
Used credits are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. 14-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions.
5. Intellectual Property
Photos generated with your AI twin belong entirely to you. You retain all rights and may use them commercially.
6. Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to generate photos of third parties without consent, create illegal or misleading content, bypass security measures, or resell service access.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyPicorra is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 3 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after email notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
