Money-Back Guarantee
All monthly or annual subscriptions include a full refund guarantee for 14 days from the purchase date, no questions asked.
One-time Credits
One-time credit purchases are refundable within 14 days if no credits have been used. Once credits are consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.
Subscription Credits
Unused monthly credits expire at month end and do not roll over. Annual credits are valid for 12 months.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to refund@mypicorra.com with your order number (available in Settings > Billing) and the reason for your request.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Stripe may add 3 to 5 extra days depending on your bank.
